The Notting Hill home draws together an eclectic design in a light-filled and well-presented space. Generously laid out over two floors, the flat serves as an ideal pied-à-terre with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample living space (including a roof terrace w/2 BBQs).Hardwood floors throughout are enhanced by carefully selected artworks. The flat is a short walk from the Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove.

Living Room & Kitchen

The flat offers an open-plan living room and kitchen area with a dining table seating 8. It includes both a standard fridge and a wine fridge.

2 Bedrooms

Upstairs, there is a master bedroom and a guest bedroom, providing comfortable accommodation.

2 bathrooms

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower only. The master bathroom is ensuite, while the guest bathroom is on the half landing.

Roof terrace

Enjoy skyline views from the roof terrace, equipped with two barbecues, a fridge, and outdoor dining for 8.

Essentials

Getting here

Taxis take about 1hr from London Heathrow and 1hr30 from Gatwick and Stansted. Our nearest Underground stations are Ladbroke Grove (8 min walk) and Westbourne Park Station (10 min walk). From Heathrow airport, Heathrow express (15 mins) and Elizabeth line (30 mins) trains to Paddington station. From Gatwick airport, Gatwick express to London Victoria takes 30 mins, Circle line can be taken from Victoria to Paddington station. From Stansted, you can take the Stansted Express to Liverpool street, and then take the Elizabeth or Circle line to Paddington. From Paddington you take the Hammersmith and City line to Westbourne station or Ladbroke Grove station, both a 10 min walk. Alternatively, a taxi from Paddington is a 12 min drive.

Check-in

Check-in is available from 3pm onwards and check-out is at 11am, unless requested otherwise. You will have two sets of keys for your stay - each has one high security key which opens both locks. Please make sure you always turn the alarm on and double lock them both properly.

Care

As you can tell this is not just a rental property but a home. Most of the artwork and decoration have a very special personal significance so please be very careful and tell us if something gets damaged. We have ensured to make enough space for you to store your belongings and groceries.

Roof terrace

Please just make sure that you are careful when using the BBQ and that you put the cushions back inside and cover the furniture so things don't get damaged if it rains. Lock the terrace door properly.

Booking

Prices vary depending on the season. Minimum stay 5 nights. Prices range from high season (June- August) £525 per night for 5 nights. Please enquire as prices vary based on the season and demand. 5% discount will also be applied for bookings over 7 nights.
